Refund and Return Policy

j6integrated LLC operates the fixture.email email-testing service (the “Service”), a subscription software product. This policy explains our refund stance. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
No refunds
All payments for the Service are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The Service is delivered entirely online — there are no physical goods, shipments, or returns.
Try it free before you pay
Every subscription starts with a 15-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid any charge, so you can fully evaluate the Service before you pay.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds for time remaining after you cancel.
Billing questions
If you were charged in error or have a billing question, email us at support@fixture.email within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right where we can. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
